Delivery & Fees

Yes, we do implement standard charges for both delivery and pickup, which are applicable to all orders. The specific fee is contingent upon factors such as the delivery location, accessibility, date, and timing. Providing us with comprehensive details will greatly assist in furnishing an accurate quotation for the delivery cost.
Absolutely, an extra fee is applicable for this service. However, please note that this particular service can only be availed if it has been prearranged and a floor plan has been furnished.
Being present at home for the delivery is not a requirement. Nevertheless, it is essential to have a designated, safeguarded location where the rental items can be securely left. Kindly inform us beforehand about your preferred drop-off spot in case you are unable to receive the delivery in person.

Rental Orders

We suggest submitting your rental order as soon as you have event details in hand. This way, we can promptly verify the availability of your preferred rental items. For orders placed through our online ordering system, kindly ensure submission at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery or customer pickup date.

Payment Policy

Yes, for all orders, we mandate a non-refundable deposit of 50% to finalize the reservation of the rental.
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request that all orders have a valid payment method on record before the scheduled delivery or customer pickup. The final payment will be processed two business days prior to your chosen delivery or pickup date. Please note that our drivers are unable to accept payments at the time of delivery.
We welcome a variety of payment options, including major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers. For our esteemed corporate clients, we also accept payments via cheques.
Modifications to your order can be made up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery or customer pickup time. While we strive to accommodate any late additions to your order, please be aware that additional charges may apply.
If the rental agreement is canceled within 72 hours prior to the event date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Clients are held responsible for any damage, loss, or impairment to equipment, and are required to return it in the same condition as received. The replacement cost will be determined based on the extent of the damage or the product’s absence.
